Create a cohesive and strong bran didentity for the DCU Golf Outing that aligns with existing DCU branding guidelines. This identity will be applied to various event branding items to ensure a professional and recognisable presence.

Target Audience: DCU alumni, staff ,students, partners, and golf enthusiasts.

The design should appeal to a broad audience, reflecting the prestige of DCU while maintaining an approachable feel for a sporting event.

Identity Breakdown

The DCU Golf event's branding was meticulously designed to align with the DCU brand and prominently feature the DCU logo.

A key element of this design is the typeface, Objective MK22. This specific font was chosen and then carefully customised, with particular attention paid to the letters 'O' and 'T'.

These characters were crafted to visually represent a golf ball being teed off, creating a subtle yet impactful connection to the sport.

Further adjustments were made to other letters and their kerning (the spacing between characters) to ensure overall alignment, balance, and a perfectly centred appearance of the event's name.
